Drop Your Shoulders & Exhale
Step away for a few hours — to reconnect, recharge, and explore what’s possible.
By the time Friday rolls around, many of us are carrying the week in our shoulders, jaw, and breath. So instead of adding another after-work thing to your calendar, come take an after-work exhale.
This Friday evening mini retreat is for the moments when a one-hour yoga class just isn’t enough — when you want to land in your body, settle your nervous system, and end the week feeling clear, soft, and fully off-duty.
What to expect
Slow, grounding yoga
Long exhalations + breathwork
Nervous-system soothing rest
Zero pressure to perform
A delicious vegetarian meal enjoyed together
A soft evening with like-minded humans
The vibe
Clock out — fully.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave lighter than you arrived.
* Arrive anytime after 5 pm, have some tea, walk the grounds, sit in the rockers, let yourself land. The guided yoga experience begins at 5.30

Yoga Explorer’s Day Retreat is for you if…
You’ve said “I need a break” more than once this week — and meant it.
You love being in nature but rarely make time for it.
You’re the one who remembers everyone’s birthdays… but forgets your own needs.
Your mind’s always buzzing — even during “downtime.”
You keep meaning to get back into yoga, but it feels too intense, too fast, or just too much.
You’re craving quiet, connection, and a chance to breathe without being “on.”
You’re tired of screens, rushing, and noise — and want something real, grounding, and offline.
You miss feeling calm in your own body and want to get back to that — gently.
