For the ones who want to move, breathe, travel, and live with intention — on and off the mat.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep in your practice, whether you’re crossing continents or simply turning inward, this is your space to expand, connect, and keep exploring.
Because the most profound journeys don’t always cross oceans or mountains — they’re the ones we take within.
This is yoga for seekers, wanderers, and those who find home in the journey itself.
Yoga is our compass. Breath is our guide. The mat is both map and mirror.
We stretch not just the body, but the edges of the known. We travel to feel — not to escape.
At its core, to explore is to be curious, open, and willing to step into uncertainty — to discover what lies beyond what you already know.
An explorer seeks out the unknown — not just geographically, but intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
It’s less about where you go, and more about how you go: with presence, wonder, and the courage to be changed by what you find.
Just like an explorer navigates uncharted lands, yoga invites us to explore the vast and often hidden landscapes within: the body, the breath, the mind, and the spirit.
Every time we step on the mat, we venture inward — to feel, to question, to grow, and to come home to who we truly are.
Guide you on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and transformation — both on and off the mat.
Encourage you to explore, try something new, and see what’s possible.
Root each practice in timeless yogic wisdom and modern movement science.
Blend mindful movement with meaningful insight — so you can move with intention and live with purpose.
Help you release tension, build strength, and grow awareness in body, mind, and spirit.
Meet you exactly where you are — while gently inviting you to expand your edge and shift old beliefs.
Create space for you to reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom.
Use breathwork, meditation, and reflection to remind you of what’s possible — not just in your body, but in your life.
Support you in stepping fully into your most fulfilling life — with clarity, courage, and freedom.
Tina grew up in a peaceful countryside village in southern Sweden. After traveling the globe she finally settled down in North Carolina.
With a background in physical therapy, she’s always been fascinated by the body’s ability to adapt, heal, and grow through movement.
What began as injury prevention during marathon training evolved into a deep, ongoing yoga journey rooted in self-discovery and transformation.
Tina is an RYT-500 yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice. She completed her 200-hour training in North Carolina and advanced her studies with a 300-hour certification in Bali. Her classes are grounded in both vinyasa and yin, blending:
traditional yogic philosophy
modern movement science
energetic awareness
Her teaching is designed to help students build confidence, clarity, and inner connection—on and off the mat. With a warm and empowering presence, she encourages students to explore their edge with curiosity and compassion.
Tina believes yoga is more than movement—it’s a tool for shifting perspective, releasing limitations, and coming home to yourself.
Outside the studio, she finds joy in nature and meaningful conversation. She recently assisted in a Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala and continues to guide others on the journey of living with intention and ease.
