This Friday evening mini retreat is for those moments when you want to drop back into your body, calm your system, and end the week feeling clear, soft, and fully off-duty.
You’ll love Drop Your Shoulders & Exhale Evening Retreat if you’re:
Feeling the week in your shoulders, jaw, or breath — and ready to let it go
Craving a real pause after work, not another thing to “push through”
Wanting to settle your nervous system and feel more grounded in your body
Ready to trade pressure + productivity for presence + rest
Needing space to breathe, decompress, and hear your own thoughts again
Looking for slow, gentle movement and a cozy, down-to-earth vibe (zero performance)
Wanting a soft evening with like-minded humans — plus a delicious meal together
Curious how just a few hours can help you feel lighter, clearer, and fully off-duty
You just need to come as you are — and let this evening meet you there.
