Think about it — why would your physical body be more important than your mental body? Sure, you might get by for a while… but eventually the scattered brain, lack of focus, forgetting things, and ruminating thoughts catch up.

Keep moving your body in ways you love — but start taking care of your mind too.
🧘 Small daily practice to try:
Take deep breaths and count backwards from 20 down to 1.
If your mind drifts, simply start over.
Do this once a day (or as often as you wish) and notice how your mental “muscles” strengthen over time.
Because your mind deserves a workout too. 💫
