Your Space to Breath and Reconnect

Sunday, January 11, 2026

The new year invites fresh energy — goals, ideas, and inspiration.

But it can also bring a quiet pressure to do more, start faster, and have it all figured out.

This retreat is your space to breathe, listen, and move with intention — a pause before the year takes off.

A day held gently — where no one needs anything from you.

A place to rest your mind, move your body, and let the noise settle.

  • Rest becomes strength

  • Stillness becomes clarity

  • Presence becomes peace

Because when you slow down enough to truly hear yourself, the way forward often finds you.

All levels - always welcome

This Is for You If

  • You crave a pause before the new year gathers speed.

  • You feel pulled in many directions and long to feel centered again.

  • You’ve been doing a lot and you’re ready to soften into being.

  • You love yoga but also quiet, reflection, and simple connection.

  • You want clarity, energy, and ease without pressure or performance.

  • You’re curious about what could shift when you give yourself a full day of presence.

Realign: Begin Within is designed for anyone ready to start the year with intention, calm, and a sense of grounded renewal.

Meet Your Guide — Tina from Yoga Explorer

Hi, I’m Tina — the heart and hands behind Yoga Explorer.
I’m a teacher and lifelong student of yoga, nature, and the quiet wisdom that comes when we slow down.

My classes and retreats weave together mindful practice, breath, and reflection to help you feel more connected — not just to your body, but to the rhythm of your own life.

Realign: Begin Within grew from that same intention — a calm reset, a day to pause, move with awareness, and feel anchored in what’s real.

What I love most about hosting these retreats is watching the shift that happens when people give themselves permission to slow down — the way softness, clarity, and ease naturally return.

What You’ll Carry Home

Before the retreat, life can feel full and fast — the year already asking more than you have to give.

You might arrive with a busy mind, a long list, and that quiet wish for just a little more space.

After a day of movement, stillness, and reflection, something shifts.
You begin to move through life differently — with a steadier breath, softer edges, and a clearer sense of what actually supports you.

You’ll carry home:

  • A calm mind and a grounded body.

  • Tools to pause before reacting, to breathe before rushing.

  • A renewed connection to your inner rhythm — that place inside that already knows what you need.

  • Clarity about what deserves your energy, and the confidence to protect it.

  • A sense of peace that lingers long after you roll up your mat.

You don’t leave with all the answers — you leave with the calm to listen for them

Testimonials

"Outdoor yoga with Tina is so energizing! Being in the open air puts me in the the perfect mindset to receive Tina’s gentle guidance for breathing, movement, and yoga philosophy. "

-Anna Wetterberg

"It’s very easy during the week to get caught up in the “to do list” and stresses of everyday life. My yoga practice centers my thinking and for that hour prioritizes the fundamentals of my body. Tuesday night yoga causes me to focus on my body and being present for that hour of practice. It physically challenges me but brings relaxation and a deep sense of wellbeing. I enjoy that this hour gives me permission to concentrate on myself. I find that I am more than ready for that reaffirmation when the next week rolls around. It’s a vital part of my week. Thanks for all of the guidance you provide."

-Kathy Shear

"This was my first experience doing yoga. I enjoyed the class so much that I have continued practicing yoga. Tina is a great instructor. She explained every move and gave us different options to try. I am so grateful that she was willing to teach us and it was really fun to do it outdoors. "
