Your breath isn’t just oxygen in, carbon dioxide out.
It’s the remote control for your body and mind.

👉 Pay attention to it and suddenly you’re back in the present moment.
You can’t stop emotions from rising, or control every thought that passes through—but you can always come back to your breath.
It’s the anchor.
It’s the reset button.
