Overthinking feels a bit like sitting over a 500-piece puzzle.


You stare at the pieces so long they start to blur.


You keep trying to force them to fit — convinced you should know where they go.

But the moment you step away, take a breath, stretch your body —
you come back and suddenly see it.
The piece that never made sense now slides right into place.

That’s what happens with your thoughts too.


You don’t think your way out of overthinking —
you move your way out.

Sometimes clarity isn’t in the solving — it’s in the space between. 🌿
