Your body may be tired—but is it relaxed?
1. Move gently before becoming still
A few slow movements can help release the stiffness and restlessness that have built up during the day.
2. Hold supported stretches longer
When the body feels supported, the muscles have less reason to brace. Longer, comfortable holds give tension time to soften.
3. Relax the places that stay busy
Bring your attention to the jaw, shoulders, hands, belly, and hips—areas where many of us unknowingly hold tension.
You do not have to force yourself to relax.
Give your body the right conditions, and let relaxation happen.
Looking forward to seeing you soon
